- Complete sales processing including quotation preparation up to after sales support
- Volume management in cooperation with product management including order processing regarding replenishment and back-to-back transactions

- Monitoring of delivery dates and receipt of goods
- Calculation and cost monitoring
Optional: Complete import handling starting from the purchase order all the way to customs clearance and import and export handling outside the EU

- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Rechnungsprüfung und Dokumentation von Warenströmen
- Liefertermin- und Wareneingangsüberwachung
- Kalkulation und Kostenüberwachung
Optional: Vollständige Importabwicklung von der Bestellung bis hin zu Verzollung und Einfuhr und Exportabwicklung außerhalb der EU
Logistics
- Negotiation of general conditions, as well as organization and handling of transports ( purchasing side & sales side) of packed goods and tank truck logistics
- Management of warehousing (purchase of service, inventory management, negotiation of warehouse conditions)
- Production planning in terms of packaging or blending (filling and blending basically of acrylates and methacrylates, prompt and forward-looking planning of filling in coordination with purchasing and sales)
- Organization of post-shipment logistics for import containers arriving by seaway
- Monitoring of delivery dates and receipt of goods
- Interdisciplinary cooperation in the area of invoicing and documentation on material streams
- Verhandlung von Rahmenbedingungen, sowie Organisation und Abwicklung von Transporten (einkaufsseitig & verkaufsseitig) von Stückgut und Tankwagenlogistik
- Verwaltung der Lagerhaltung (Einkauf der Dienstleistung, Lagerbestandskontrolle, Verhandlungen der Lagerkonditionen)
- Produktionsplanung im Sinne von Konfektionierungen oder Abmischungen (Abfüllung und Mischung im Wesentlichen von Acrylaten und Methacrylaten, zeitnahe und vorausschauende Abfüllplanung in Koordination mit Einkauf und Verkauf)
- Bestandsmanagement im Bereich der Verpackungen
- Organisation der Nachlauf-Logistik bei Importcontainern eintreffend auf dem Seeweg
- Liefertermin- und Wareneingangsüberwachung
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Rechnungsprüfung und Dokumentation von Warenströmen
