bulk, IBC, drums, cans
Alternative to: 2-HEMA.
2-HEA polymerizes faster and creates softer, more flexible polymers than HEMA, useful for adhesives and hydrogels.

2-hydroxypropyl acrylate

CAS: 25584-83-2

2-HPA

Main Applications: Coatings (used in industrial coatings and UV-curable resins to enhance scratch and chemical resistance), Adhesives & Sealants (improves adhesion strength and water resistance in sealants and adhesives), Biomedical Hydrogels (for medical applications requiring water absorption and flexibility) and Personal Care (hydrophilic polymer in skincare formulations)

bulk, IBC, drums, cans
Alternative to: 2-Hydroxypropyl methacrylate (2-HPMA).
2-HPA gives softer, more flexible polymers and faster cure than 2-HPMA, useful in flexible coatings, adhesives, and elastomeric systems.

2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate

CAS: 27813-02-1

2-HPMA

Main Applications: Industrial Coatings (ingredient in two-component and UV-curable coatings, adding flexibility and adhesion while retaining hardness), Adhesives (improves cohesion and moisture resistance in acrylic and polyurethane adhesives), and Personal Care Polymers (occasionally in hair sprays or cosmetic coatings for its film-forming properties)

bulk, IBC, drums, cans
Alternative to: 2-Hydroxypropyl acrylate (2-HPA).
2-HPMA offers higher Tg and better chemical resistance than 2-HPA, making it suitable for harder, more solvent-resistant UV and 2K-systems.

ammonium persulphate

CAS: 7727-54-0

APS

Main Applications: Polymerization Initiator (widely used to initiate radical polymerization for latex polymers in coatings, adhesives, and acrylic emulsions), Personal Care (key oxidizing agent in hair bleaching powders and hair dyes), Electronics (used as an etchant for copper circuits in PCB manufacturing) and Textiles (for desizing and bleaching in textile processing)

bags
Alternative to: Sodium persulphate (SPS).
Ammonium persulfate can replace sodium persulfate as a radical initiator and oxidizing agent in many polymerization and etching processes, offering strong oxidizing power and good water solubility.

benzoic acid

CAS: 65-85-0

BZA

Main Applications: Food & Nutrition – used in the production of food preservatives (its salts like sodium benzoate inhibit microbial growth in acidic foods and beverages), Personal Care & Pharma – used as a preservative and antimicrobial in cosmetics, ointments, and pharmaceuticals (e.g. topical antifungal preparations), Alkyd Resins & Coatings – used in making alkyd resin paints and coatings (as a modifier that improves gloss and hardness of paint films). Also an intermediate in synthesis of dyes and other organic compounds.

ethyl methacrylate

CAS: 97-63-2

EMA

Main Applications: Cosmetics & Personal Care (primary monomer in artificial nail liquids and dental resins, chosen for fast curing and hardness in acrylic nails and dental prosthetics), Adhesives & Sealants (forms hard, fast-curing polymers in certain reactive adhesives and sealants), and Coatings & Plastics (used in specialty acrylic coatings and impact-resistant plastics where clarity and durability are required)

Packaging options available on request
Alternative to: Methyl methacrylate (MMA).
EMA provides slightly lower Tg and increased flexibility versus MMA while maintaining good clarity, useful in impact-modified resins and flexible coatings.

potassium persulphate

CAS: 7727-21-1

PPS

Main Applications: Polymerization (similarly used as a free-radical initiator in emulsion polymerization for plastics, rubber, and resins), Hair Bleaching (a common component in hair bleach formulations as an oxidizer, often in combination with ammonium persulfate), Printed Circuit Board Etching (etchant for microelectronics to selectively remove metals) and Pool & Water Treatment (used in some applications to generate free radicals for oxidative cleaning). Potassium persulfate is valued for its stability and is often the persulfate of choice in cosmetic bleach powders.

bags
Alternative to: Ammonium persulphate (APS).
Potassium persulfate can replace APS as an initiator or oxidant where slightly different solubility and decomposition behavior are beneficial, for example in emulsion polymerization and hair-bleaching systems.

sodium benzoate

CAS: 532-32-1
